The motherboard is fairly recent, so there should be no problem with booting from USB. Nowhere, in my boot option priorities, boot override, or boot menu is there a mention of a usb removable device. ![]() I have an admin account in my bios, have tried starting up with fast boot and secure boot enabled and disabled, and have CSM enabled for legacy devices. I see Windows Boot Manager, my ssd, and my hdd. When i boot up into my boot menu, there is no usb drive option, and nothing related to one. I have been told to install a fresh copy of Windows 10 on my ssd using a USB drive, and have followed the instructions (Rufus, NTFS, GTS for UEFI) to do so. I have Windows 10 installed on my hdd, but want to have it on my ssd with my files on the hdd. I have an ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0 motherboard with BIOS (UEFI) version 2103.
